We have complete production and testing equipment, as well as a high standard quality management system to ensure high quality products, including ISO 8 level class 100,000 clean room,production machine of precision injection molding machines for the production of PP/TPE brush handles, grips, and protective caps,complete with dedicated molds for interdental brushes, hot runner systems, and temperature control systems.Fully automatic tufting machine: winding and embedding of nylon/polyester brush filaments onto a steel core. Brush head forming / bending machine: bends the tufted brush head into a V- or U-shape.Pad printing / screen printing machine: prints specifications (0.4–1.5 mm), logos, scales, and certification marks.Packing machine of automatic blister packaging machine: PVC/PET Roll Stock,Blister Forming,Product Loading,Paper Card Heat Sealing,Die Cutting with capacity: Approx. 200,000 units/day. Suitable for single-unit or multi-unit sets, and also Pillow Packing Machine, Labeling Machine + Cartoning Machine, Case Sealer & Strapping Machine. Quality test equipment of Vision Measuring Machine, Bristle Retention Tester, Main Stem Fatigue Tester, Industrial Vision Inspection System, Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber, Microbial Detection Equipment.
